Cataforesi Srl has an internal analysis laboratory for carrying out process and product control. The daily control of the fundamental parameters of the production process allows us to prevent painting defects and maintain a stable and reliable process.
The tests carried out to verify the quality of the product concern the mechanical and corrosion resistance properties of the coating film.

Per garantire la conformità del trattamento ad un determinato capitolato su uno specifico pezzo, è indispensabile prevedere un test presso un laboratorio certificato su un campione del particolare; questo è necessario per poter valutare:
– Eventuali geometrie particolari del pezzo (che potrebbero generare difetti quali bolle d’aria, colature, accumuli di vernice etc.)
– Spigoli troppo acuminati (valutare se prevedere sabbiatura/burattatura)
– Presenza di eventuali residui contaminanti (ruggine, oli pesanti, grasso secco, bave, etc)
Non è possibile garantire la deposizione della vernice all’interno di scatolati e tubolari se non previste opportune asole/feritore.

To guarantee the conformity of the treatment with a certain specification on a specific piece, it is essential to provide a test carried out by a certified laboratory on a sample of the piece.
This is necessary to be able to evaluate:
– Any particular geometries of the piece (which could generate defects such as air bubbles, drips, paint accumulations, etc.)
– Too sharp edges (consider sandblasting/tumbling)
– Presence of any contaminating residues (rust, heavy oils, dry grease, burrs, etc)
It is not possible to guarantee the deposition of paint inside box sections and tubular sections if appropriate slots/holes are not provided.
